Patel’s House is a luxurious 5 BHK residence designed to blend Moroccan artistry with Indian traditional aesthetics. This 2800 sq. ft. home balances opulence with functionality, showcasing intricate detailing, natural materials, and thoughtfully curated elements. From the grand entryway to the serene balcony, every space is infused with cultural richness and timeless charm. The design emphasizes handcrafted textures, warm tones, and elegant lighting to create a visually captivating and inviting atmosphere.
Design Philosophy
The design combines Moroccan motifs and Indian traditional themes, focusing on harmonious aesthetics, natural materials, and layered lighting. It captures the essence of elegance while maintaining a comfortable and functional living space.
Detailed Design and Material Specifications
- Roof Feature: A classic rooftop supported by wooden pillars with natural stone niches on either side, evoking a traditional aesthetic.
- Main Door: Crafted with horizontal and vertical veneer patterns in rustic green and adorned with a Mundra hand handle symbolizing clouds and wind.
- Safety Door: Finished with an intricately carved pattern for added character and security.
