Circular Lagoon Beach resort

Geometric precision and immersive spatial planning - overwater villas connected via a central spine jetty

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Set along a pristine tropical coastline, this circular lagoon beach resort redefines coastal luxury through geometric precision and immersive spatial planning. The project features a ring of overwater villas connected via a central spine jetty, converging into a lush communal island pavilion.

Key components include:

  • 20–30 overwater luxury villas
  • Central island lounge / bar pavilion
  • Radial timber boardwalk circulation
  • Shoreline arrival & reception zone

The design creates a private island experience within a larger coastal context, balancing exclusivity with shared luxury.
