Design Philosophy
The design philosophy behind Eshwer Bhai House is to fuse classic elegance with minimalist design principles. By incorporating luxurious details like gold finishes and custom engravings, the house creates a timeless, sophisticated atmosphere. The minimalistic approach ensures that each room feels spacious and well-defined, with an emphasis on clean lines, natural light, and unique design elements. The use of custom furniture, refined materials, and personalized spaces elevates the overall aesthetic.
MATERIALS & FINISHES
- Flooring: The apartment uses polished marble flooring throughout, ensuring a luxurious feel with a neutral tone that complements the design’s classic elements.
- Walls: The walls are finished with CNC engravings, including intricate leaf patterns highlighted with golden filling. These elements are reflected in the main door, creating a cohesive and elegant entrance.
- Furniture: Custom pieces are used throughout, including platform beds in the master and son’s bedrooms. The master bedroom features a classic motif design with built-in storage, while the son’s bedroom incorporates a low-height bed with a fabric back pattern and rustic wall finishes. The daughter’s room uses bold, colorful curtains and a wall of cushioned panels for a cozy, inviting look.
- Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen features an open-plan layout with a breakfast table and wooden chairs. The dining area is defined by a composed unit and a platform that separates it from the living area.
- Mandir (Pooja Room): A small, niche-designed pooja area enhances the spiritual ambiance of the home.
Lighting Design
- Foyer & Entry: Indirect lighting highlights the leaf engraving on the cement sheet paneling, creating a warm and welcoming entrance.
- Living Room: Spotlights and recessed lighting in the living area emphasize the CNC-carved patterns on the wall and the elegant furniture, creating a sophisticated atmosphere.
- Dining Area: Pendant lights above the dining table add both functionality and a visual focal point, while soft ambient lighting throughout the area ensures a cozy, inviting space.
- Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom features warm lighting that accentuates the classic motif design of the platform bed and the round mirror in the dressing area.
- The son’s bedroom incorporates ambient ceiling lighting with highlighted CNC carving boxes on the ceiling, adding a dramatic effect.
- The daughter’s bedroom is illuminated with task lighting around the window setting and colorful elements that bring vibrancy to the space.
- Pooja Room: Soft, focused lighting in the pooja area enhances the spiritual environment, while niche lighting highlights the delicate design of the space.
