Gupta’s House

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Gupta’s House is a contemporary and minimalistic 3 BHK bungalow spread across 1200 sq. ft., designed to reflect the client’s preference for a subdued and elegant living space. Tailored for a family of four, the design strikes a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and simplicity, perfectly aligning with their elementary lifestyle.

Design Philosophy

The entrance to the house is a statement of sophistication, with a powder-coated M.S CNC door featuring an intricate zigzag pattern that provides both safety and visual appeal. Upon entering, a small foyer area welcomes visitors with MDF wall cladding in a unique pattern, brought to life with indirect lighting that creates dynamic shadow effects, setting the tone for the rest of the interiors.

The living area exudes warmth and character with a vertically fluted MDF feature wall in a neutral tone, complemented by a customized wooden wall clock. The TV wall enhances the room’s aesthetic with a combination of natural light and dark veneer cladding, creating a subtle yet striking focal point that works harmoniously with the furniture.

The dining area is seamlessly integrated into the living space but distinguished by a semi-partition with colorful niche wall cladding. The dining table is an elegant piece with a metal-framed base structure and a stone top, blending robustness with a touch of luxury.

In the master bedroom, a thoughtful dual-tone palette is employed. The walls are adorned with marble-finish laminates and green undertones that create a calming atmosphere. The rear bed wall is accented with classic-style beading and paired with a leather-upholstered headboard for a refined look. A large window along the shorter wall invites natural light, ensuring the space feels airy and vibrant.
